
Why I do this work
There was a time when, from the outside, my life looked full, but on the inside, I felt stuck.

I was constantly stressed, anxious, and running on empty. I didn’t feel like myself anymore. Joy felt muted. Motivation was low.
I knew something had to change.
​
Going alcohol-free was the first step, but it was the mindset and lifestyle shifts that brought my energy, joy, and confidence back. What started as curiosity became a deeper journey of self-discovery. I invested over 3 years in learning, personal development, and courses — exploring Positive Psychology, coaching and mindfulness to help my body regulate and recover. I rebuilt how I related to stress, rest, joy, and myself.

The result wasn’t perfection, it was freedom — my Remedy State.
